Brown Brothers Harriman Bolsters Chicago Office

Brown Brothers Harriman, the US-based wealth manager and investment bank, has appointed Spence Fischer as a relationship manager at its wealth office in Chicago.

Fischer takes the role of vice president at BBH and will be responsible for relationship management, investment execution and business development for the Chicago office. He reports directly to Trey Tune, the managing director and branch head. 

Prior to this role, Fischer was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley, where he managed the wealth preservation affairs of high net worth individuals, families and privately-held business owners. 

Brown Brothers Harriman has been operating in Chicago since 1929 and globally has approximately 4,000 professionals in 16 offices across North America, Europe and Asia. Just last month, the company hired Rafael Febres-Cordero from Fidelity Investments as head of international wealth management based in New York.
